If required We check the national register for you as part of your £179. If there's no valid certificate, book an assessor here, and the certificate must be in place within 7 days of marketing starting.
You can also book your own, but you do need a valid EPC, or have one commissioned, before your property can be marketed.

We print your Propeo board artwork on weatherproof board. Choose printed and posted, or printed, fitted and removed for you. Boards must come down within 14 days of completion or the tenancy starting, and fitted boards include removal.
Your Propeo flyer is ready to print from your Owner Hub. If you'd rather not print it yourself, we'll produce it on quality silk paper and post it to you. Choose from [50], [100] or [250] copies to hand out at viewings, leave with neighbours or pin up locally. Every flyer carries your QR code, linking straight to your listing.
For homes that warrant more than a single page. Using your photography, floorplans and description, a designer creates a unique, crafted brochure around your property. You approve every page and decide if you would like it printed. You also get a digital version to send to serious buyers ahead of viewings.
