Propeo owners are people selling or letting their own property. They’ve paid us up front, they’ve done the preparation, and they’re moving. That makes them one of the most qualified audiences in UK property — and one of the busiest. They need a conveyancer, an EPC, a survey, a removals firm.

They ask us who to use so we are always on the lookout for qualified services.

Recommended, not advertised

We’re not building a directory. A preferred supplier is someone we’ve checked, someone we’d be comfortable using ourselves, and someone we’re willing to put our name next to at the exact moment an owner needs them.

That means a short list in each category, not a long one. If you’re good at what you do and you can cover the UK — or you’re clear about the patch you cover — we’d like to hear from you.

How it works

You appear where the owner actually needs you — inside our Owner Resource Hub and at the relevant step of the selling or letting checklist — rather than on a partners page nobody reads.

Where a commercial arrangement exists, we tell the owner in plain English. That isn’t negotiable and it isn’t a problem: our audience assumes a referral fee exists and respects being told about it.
