Portal Boost will be an optional add-on that puts your Propeo listing in front of buyers and renters on the UK's largest property portals. It's in development and it isn't ready yet. We're telling you now rather than at checkout, because you deserve to know what's coming and what isn't before you spend anything. Your £149 package is complete without it.
What we’re aiming for
- Optional, always.
An extra you choose, not a gap in what you’ve already bought. - A fixed price, shown before you pay.
Never an add-on that appears once you’ve committed. - No commission. Whatever the number, it stays a flat fee. We don’t take a percentage of your sale and we never will.
Why it’s taking a while
Portal access is the hardest part of private selling to get right, and the part most likely to be done badly. We’d rather launch it properly than rush something that costs our owners money and doesn’t deliver. When it’s ready, it’ll be worth having.
