Property Information Packs: What They Are and Why Propeo Includes One

The UK government is in the process of requiring all property sellers to provide a standardised pack of upfront information before a property is listed. The consultation closed in December 2025. The reform roadmap has been published. Mandatory legislation is expected, phased in from 2027–2028.
