Prepare the room, not a show home
Open curtains, clear obvious clutter and remove distracting personal paperwork. The aim is to make each space easy to understand.
Use light and level lines

Cover the whole property
Include the main living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, exterior and relevant garden, parking or storage. Important areas mentioned in the listing should normally be shown.
Keep editing honest
Cropping, straightening and basic brightness adjustments are useful. Do not remove defects or digitally add features that are not really there.
