When Propeo is — and isn't — the right choice
Propeo is built for sellers who are comfortable taking an active role in their sale and who have weighed the trade-offs honestly. For those sellers, the combination of a professional Propeo listing, strong photographs, a well-written description, a For Sale board with QR code, and direct buyer channels is sufficient to generate genuine enquiries and achieve a sale.
For sellers who want their property on Rightmove on day one, with no involvement in the marketing process, Propeo in its current form is not the right tool — yet. An online agent or hybrid service that includes portal access may serve them better until Portal Boost is available.
We would rather tell you that plainly than oversell what we currently offer.
