Who created this listing
This listing was created by the landlord, or by someone they told us they were authorised by. Propeo hosts it. We do not inspect properties, investigate title, check measurements, or confirm that anything shown is accurate or complete. We carry out an identity check on the person who created the account, but that is a check on a person, not proof that they own or may let this property.
What we don't do
- We are not a letting agent or a managing agent and do not carry out letting agency work
- We do not introduce tenants to landlords, or landlords to tenants
- We do not negotiate, reference tenants, or act for either side
- We do not conduct viewings, hold keys, or manage properties
- We hold no deposits, no rent and no client money at any point
- We do not carry out right to rent checks — that is the landlord's duty, at the point a tenancy is agreed
- We do not check that a landlord is compliant, licensed, or registered
The information on this page
Everything above — description, photographs, floorplan, measurements, rent, deposit, tenancy length, council tax band, bills and any other detail — was supplied by the landlord and is published as given. Measurements are approximate. Floorplans are indicative and not to scale. Photographs may have been taken some time ago and may not reflect current condition or furnishing. Where a detail is not shown, it has not been supplied to us. Nothing here is an offer of a tenancy, and nothing forms part of any tenancy agreement.
What to ask the landlord for
- A current gas safety certificate (CP12), if there is gas at the property
- An Electrical Installation Condition Report
- The EPC
- Confirmation of which government-approved scheme your deposit will be protected in
- Confirmation that smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are fitted and working
- A licence, where the property requires one
Before you part with any money
- View the property in person. Never take a tenancy on photographs alone
- Verify that the person letting it to you owns it or is authorised to let it
- Never transfer a deposit to secure a property you have not seen
- Be cautious of a landlord who cannot meet, will only message, or pressures you to pay quickly. That pattern is how rental fraud works
Fair treatment
A landlord must not refuse to let to you because you receive benefits or because you have children. Both are unlawful under the Renters' Rights Act 2025, alongside your existing protections under the Equality Act 2010. If you believe you have been treated unlawfully, report it to us.
Enquiries
Enquiries sent through this page go directly to the landlord. We do not read, screen or reply to them, and we do not vet the person you are contacting. Terms at propeo.co/legal.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
